Training courses on Organizational Change Management.
Our training courses on Organizational Change Management are financed by the Danida Fellowship Programme. The course are organised by Grontmij A/S and will be conducted at Grontmij’s Training facilities in Copenhagen, Denmark.
The aim of the Organizational Change Management Course is an enhanced ability of the participating managers to design, initiate and manage change processes towards greater organizational efficiency and effectiveness in their home organizations.
The courses are specially designed for managers or supervisors of organizations and departments as well as staff assigned a key role in planned organizational change processes. Particularly, the courses will focus on change processes related to the management of development programmes under different aid modalities in line with the ongoing agenda on aid effectiveness.
Course pre-assessment
Participants will be asked to map their pre-course understanding of Organizational Change Management by filling in online questionnaires. These will be used to tailor the course according to participants’ backgrounds.
Application Procedure
Application procedures must follow the procedures stipulated in “Guidelines for Danida Fellowships”. The guidelines as well as the fellowship form and the application form for residence permit are available at the local Danish Embassy or they can be downloaded at DFC’s website
www.dfcentre.com. The fellowship form is to be filled in by the applicant, and endorsed by the Danida programme/project and the Embassy Desk Officer in order to ensure that the training is within the framework of national sector plans for capacity development. The Embassy will forward the application forms to DFC.
Selection of course participants will be carried out by the DFC and the course management team based on incoming applications
